This Freedom Plaque was presented to Charles L. Brown and Charles Smith of Chapter 270 as the United States representatives on July 27, 2003, during the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the end of the Korean War in Seoul Korea.  The representatives of each of the 21 nations that fought in the Korean War received a plaque.

Since this plaque really belongs to all of the United States veterans. J.D. Randolph, President of Chapter 270 has made arrangements with the DOD to present it to them so that it may be placed on permanent display in the Pentagon Museum.  J.D. Randolph along with a delegation of Chapter 270 members will do this during the Korean War Commemoration ceremonies July 27, 2004.
